Qualifications

• BSCE or related field required.
• Minimum 8 years of civil engineering experience.
• Proficiency with 3D civil site design using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Proficiency with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software (HydroCAD, HEC-HMS, SWMM, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering design efforts from proposal through final design and construction support.
• Serve as technical lead and trusted advisor for project teams and clients.
• Review technical reports, maps, drawings, and submittals to support design development.
• Oversee 3D site design, grading plans, drainage layouts, and earthwork estimates.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage design staff.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and delegate tasks.
