Responsibilities

• Assist in defining and reviewing the project scope and schedule.
• Perform complex civil engineering work for planning, design, and construction of facilities and site improvements.
• Provide technical direction to architects and engineers and certify civil designs.
• Obtain and manage contracts for civil engineering and surveying services.
• Coordinate with city and consultants for permits and off-site improvements.
