Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license.
• 15+ years of engineering experience with site development and industrial projects.
• Strong experience in site feasibility, due diligence, and development assessments.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead site development, grading, drainage, and site selection for large data center facilities.
• Advance technical due diligence for greenfield and brownfield developments.
• Prepare permitting packages and coordinate with authorities.
• Produce due diligence reports and executive-level recommendations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across civil, architectural, energy, environmental, and permitting disciplines.
