Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer in the Data Centers/Advanced Manufacturing sector. You will lead site development, feasibility studies, and due diligence for large-scale facilities, coordinating civil, architectural, energy, water, and environmental teams to deliver technically sound solutions.

You will guide permitting, site selection, and investment decisions, while maintaining schedule, budget, and client expectations in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license required.
• 15+ years of engineering experience, including site development and industrial projects.
• Experience with site feasibility studies and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead site development and master planning for large data center facilities.
• Perform technical due diligence for development opportunities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across civil, architectural, energy/power, water/wastewater, environmental, and transportation.
• Prepare permitting packages and due diligence reports.
• Support site acquisition and investment decisions.
