Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license.
• 15+ years of engineering experience in site development and industrial projects.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and site development.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site development and master planning for large data center facilities.
• Perform technical due diligence for greenfield/brownfield opportunities.
• Prepare grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and develop site selection criteria.
• Prepare and review construction drawings and technical reports.
