Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join the Advanced Manufacturing group on state-of-the-art industrial and commercial facilities across the United States. You will lead civil design for land/site development, grading, and earthwork calculations, while guiding a high-performing cross-disciplinary team.

The role requires extensive experience with large-scale projects, strong communication, and collaboration skills, plus a hybrid work policy that blends office and remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• PE licensure or the ability to obtain it within 6 months.
• Minimum 15 years of engineering experience on large-scale industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee schedule and technical quality of civil design for land/site development.
• Prepare grading plans and perform earthwork and drainage/stormwater calculations.
• Develop site master plans and space planning; oversee utility routing and space constraints.
• Ensure compliance with AHJ requirements and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
