Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer for its Data Center group. You will lead civil design, site development, and due diligence for large-scale data center and manufacturing facilities.

You will collaborate with architectural, energy and power, water, environmental, permitting, and real estate teams to deliver comprehensive site assessments and development plans. A PE license and 15+ years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license required for eligibility.
• 15+ years of engineering experience including site development and industrial projects.
• Experience with due diligence, site selection, and capital investments.

Responsibilities

• Lead site development and master planning for large data center facilities.
• Perform technical due diligence and feasibility assessments.
• Prepare permitting packages and technical reports.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across civil, architectural, energy, and environmental disciplines.
• Support site acquisition, investment decisions, and development schedules.
