Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 15+ years of engineering experience with site development and industrial projects.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and construction documentation.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary due diligence and development teams.
• Strong communication and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site development, master planning and site selection for large data center facilities.
• Direct technical due diligence for greenfield/brownfield development.
• Assess grading, drainage, utilities, permitting, and environmental constraints.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across civil, architectural, energy, water, and permitting.
• Prepare due diligence reports, memos, and executive‑level recommendations.
• Manage permitting packages and project documentation.
• Support site acquisition, capital planning, and investment decisions.
• Provide infrastructure analyses including water, wastewater, and stormwater.
