Jacobs is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join the Data Center group in the United States. You will lead civil design for land/site development, conduct technical due diligence, and support site selection and capital investments for large-scale data center and industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license required or listing.
• 15+ years of engineering experience, including site development and industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead site development, master planning, and site selection for data center facilities.
• Perform technical due diligence for greenfield and brownfield opportunities.
• Evaluate grading, drainage, utilities, permitting, and environmental constraints.
• Prepare and review permitting packages and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across civil, architectural, energy and power, water/wastewater, environmental, geotechnical, and permitting.
• Produce due diligence reports, technical memos, and executive-level recommendations.
