Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a PE license.
• 15+ years of engineering experience with site development and industrial projects.
• Experience in site feasibility, due diligence, and land acquisition.
• Strong ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and communicate risks.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead site development, master planning and site selection for large data center facilities.
• Lead technical due diligence for greenfield and brownfield development.
• Perform site feasibility: grading, drainage, utilities, access, permitting.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary due diligence teams.
• Prepare permitting packages and due diligence reports.
• Develop and review civil construction documents and specs.
