Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• PE license is required or actively pursued.
• 15+ years of engineering experience with extensive site development and industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead site development, master planning and site selection for large data center facilities.
• Lead technical due diligence efforts for greenfield and brownfield development opportunities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including civil, architectural, energy and power, water/wastewater, environmental, and permitting.
