Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate civil engineering design and project delivery for dam removals and repairs, fish passage, stream restoration, recreation, and renewable energy projects.
• Develop and review construction documents, perform engineering analyses and field work, support construction, and manage technical quality, scope, schedule and budget.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, conduct technical reviews and manage project delivery; 10+ years of experience preferred.
