Bohler’s Boca Raton, FL office is seeking a Senior Civil Design Engineer ready to advance technical leadership. You will own site design aspects, including grading, utilities, stormwater, and permitting, while ensuring quality, constructability, and regulatory compliance on high-profile projects in South Florida.

You'll serve as a technical resource, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with clients, contractors, and agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of land development design and permitting experience.
• PE license beneficial; EIT required or in progress.

Responsabilités

• Design and review grading, drainage, and utility plans for complex sites.
• Conduct zoning research and site feasibility analyses.
• Support project coordination with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Review design deliverables for accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Collaborate with and provide guidance to junior engineers and designers.
• Perform hydrology, stormwater, and earthwork calculations using Civil 3D and related software.

Bohler’s Boca, Raton, FL office is seeking a Senior Civil Design Engineer who’s ready to take the next step in technical leadership. In this role, you’ll be deeply involved in all aspects of site design, grading, utilities, stormwater management, and permitting, while helping ensure design quality, constructability, and compliance. You’ll serve as a trusted technical resource for your team and contribute to the success of complex, high-profile projects across the south Florida area.

What You’ll Do

• Design and review grading, drainage, and utility plans for complex sites.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline).
• 5+ years of experience in land development design and permitting.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software.
• Knowledge of local zoning, permitting, and construction requirements.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• PE license beneficial; EIT required or in progress.
