Qualifications

• ICC Certificate of Reinforced Concrete or Masonry or equivalent inspector license.
• NICET certification desirable where applicable.
• Cal-OSHA/OSHA 30 training.
• Excellent written and oral communication; knowledge of industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each construction stage to completion.
• Verify work adheres to plans, specs and codes.
• Monitor sites for safety violations.
• Prepare Non-Conformance Reports when standards aren’t met.
• Maintain daily logs and photos; support timely submittals.
