Qualifications

• Deep understanding of CUCM cluster design and operations.
• Ability to lead voice solution implementations from planning to execution.
• Experience with Enterprise-level voice solutions (Call Manager, Unity Connection).

Responsibilities

• Configure and support CUCM clusters and voice gateways.
• Provide Tier 3 support and troubleshooting of voice issues.
• Monitor and maintain CUCM cluster health and documentation.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity groups for compliance.
• Lead enterprise voice-related projects and implementations.
• Develop system designs and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure high availability and failover for CUCM.

Skills

Cisco certifications preferred: CCNA-VOICE, CCNP Collaboration or CCIE Collaboration

7+ years of hands-on experience with CUCM solutions

Strong knowledge of Cisco voice gateways

Experience with CUCM versions 14 or 15

Knowledge of CUCM best practices and security

Senior knowledge with Call Manager and SIP trunking

Familiarity with Microsoft Teams integration

Knowledge of Cisco IOS routers and SBC

Strong written and verbal communications

Telecommunications knowledge (wiring, circuits)

Team player and ability to mentor
