Job summary

GDH is seeking an experienced Telephony Infrastructure Engineer to install, configure, and maintain CUCM, Unity Connection, and related call processing servers. The role emphasizes high availability, capacity planning, and lifecycle management.

You will work with VMware, Cisco UCS, Intersight, and automation tools like Ansible to streamline provisioning, patching, and disaster recovery. Strong collaboration and Cisco certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Cisco CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, and IM & Presence servers.
• Proficiency with Cisco UCS hardware and VMware virtualization for telephony workloads.
• Experience with Cisco UCS via Intersight and firmware management.
• Strong Linux-based appliance administration for Cisco UC apps.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain CUCM, Unity Connection, and call processing servers.
• Perform server builds, OS patching, and upgrades for telephony apps.
• Monitor server health and resolve issues affecting call processing.
• Manage virtualized telephony servers using VMware and UCS.
• Develop and automate provisioning tasks with Ansible.
