GDH is seeking an experienced Telephony Infrastructure Engineer to install, configure, and maintain CUCM, Unity Connection, and related call processing servers. The role emphasizes high availability, capacity planning, and lifecycle management.

This role provides hands-on engineering support for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of telephony infrastructure, primarily focused on Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection, and related call processing servers. The position involves managing server lifecycle, capacity planning, performance tuning, and ensuring high availability of telephony services. It requires collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams to maintain a stable and scalable telephony environment.
Publishing Pay Range: $60.00 - $70.00 USD Hourly
This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
