Job summary

Vincere in the Mid-Atlantic region is seeking a Senior Project Manager specializing in cast-in-place concrete to direct large-scale CIP projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of project management in concrete construction, extensive self-performed CIP experience, and a proven ability to manage multi‑million dollar programs while maintaining safety, quality, scheduling, and client relations.

Qualifications

• 7+ Years of Project Management experience in Construction
• 10+ Years of overall Construction experience preferred
• Extensive experience with Self-Performed Concrete Construction
• Strong knowledge of Cast-in-Place (CIP) Concrete
• Experience with Self-Performing Concrete Contractor
• Proven ability to manage projects valued at $6M+
• Experience with Mid-Rise and High-Rise Construction
• Background with Stadiums, Large Parking Structures, Data Centers, Distribution Centers, or Manufacturing Facilities
• Familiarity with Turnkey Concrete and Self-Perform Work
• Strong understanding of concrete construction techniques, materials, quality, and equipment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of Safety, Cost Planning, Scheduling, and Productivity
• Strong Client Relations and Communication skills
• Stable employment history with demonstrated career progression
