Qualifications

• Self-perform concrete construction experience required.
• Understanding of concrete placement, finishing, and field operations.
• Experience with full-cycle concrete construction.
• Ability to identify and address concrete quality issues, including honeycombing/air pockets.
• Hands-on understanding of the concrete construction process, not just managing subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has significant cast-in-place (CIP) and self-perform concrete experience, strong financial acumen, and the drive and leadership potential to grow within the organization.
