Qualifications

• Deep expertise designing and optimizing CI/CD infrastructure for large-scale software teams.
• Strong understanding of distributed build systems and pipeline optimization.
• Experience building scalable automation and infrastructure tooling.
• Ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives and raise engineering standards.
• Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD toolchains and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive the performance, scalability, and reliability of 1X's CI/CD platform.
• Optimize engineering workflows and reduce build/test latency.
• Improve developer feedback loops and infrastructure for hundreds of engineers.
• Collaborate with software teams to streamline development workflows and remove bottlenecks.
