1X is seeking a senior Build Engineer to drive the performance, scalability, and reliability of its CI/CD platform. You will optimize engineering workflows, reduce build and test latency, and enable hundreds of engineers to deliver high-quality software across robotics and cloud platforms.

You will design scalable automation, partner with software teams to streamline workflows, and establish standards, tooling, and observability that provide actionable insights into CI/CD health and developer

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Build/DevOps or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Eng, or related field.
• Strong programming experience in Python, Go, Bash, or similar automation languages.

• Drive the performance, scalability, and reliability of 1X's CI/CD platform.
• Optimize engineering workflows and reduce build/test latency.
