Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent industry experience required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Adjuster's license required or readily obtainable; must maintain license.

Responsibilities

• Handle a designated segment of serious, complex, highly valued claims exposures.
• Collaborate with Unit Leader to plan investigations, settlements, or denials per guidelines.
• Provide reporting on files to Unit Leader or Sr. Management with reserves and action plans.
• Collaborate and share ideas in a dynamic, specialized environment.
• Supervise policy interpretation, coverage issues, statutes, and regulations; guide investigations and settlements.
• Attend business functions such as meetings, mediations, trials, and events.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
