SC Johnson is seeking a Senior Technician, Chemistry - Formulation to join the ICB Air Care Team. You will support R&D by formulating and testing new consumer products, working with scientists and engineers to bring ideas to life while complying with GLP and quality standards.

You will gain hands-on experience in prototype formulation, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-performing Air Care products for global markets.

Formación

• 2-year technical degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in formulation and development of Air Care products under guidance.
• Develop and document lab methods to support innovations.
• Prepare and test prototype formulations using lab equipment and procedures.
• Conduct testing to assess quality, efficacy and shelf-life characteristics.
• Record data in electronic notebooks and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain lab equipment, supplies, and inventory for efficient operation.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, QA, and regulatory teams to meet timelines.
• Participate in brainstorming and stay updated on formulation trends.
