SC Johnson in Racine, WI seeks a Senior Associate, Chemistry to develop air care formulations across liquids, candles, gels, powders and aerosols for international markets. You will apply DOE, data analysis, and lab testing to deliver stable, cost-effective products.

The role partners with RD&E, Marketing, Manufacturing, Regulatory and suppliers to transfer formulations from lab to production, address regulatory and sustainability needs, and document results for claims and commercialization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related science with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 3+ years.

Aufgaben

• Develop and optimize formulations across liquids, candles, gels and aerosols for international markets.
• Apply DOE, statistics, lab testing and data analysis to evaluate performance and stability.
• Coordinate testing and documentation to support product performance, claims and commercialization.
• Transfer formulations from lab to pilot and first production runs across markets.
• Collaborate with RD&E, Manufacturing, Procurement, Regulatory and suppliers to meet regulatory and sustainability requirements.
