Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Senior Associate, Chemistry to lead formulation efforts for Air Care products across liquids, candles, gels, powders, and aerosols. You will work with global R&D, Marketing, Manufacturing and external partners to deliver consumer-valued innovations and meet regulatory and sustainability requirements worldwide.

Ideal candidates hold a chemistry-related degree with several years of consumer products experience, will apply DOE and statistics, and will help transfer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related science with 5+ years of experience, or Master’s with 3+ years.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize innovative formulations for Air Care products across multiple technologies.
• Coordinate product testing, stability studies, and data documentation for claims and commercialization.
• Collaborate with regional RD&E, Marketing, Manufacturing, Procurement and regulatory teams across markets.
