Eurest is seeking a Sr. Chef Manager in Wilmington, DE to lead both back- and front-of-house operations, maintaining a quality culinary program and financial reporting.

The role covers menu development, inventory, labor and food cost controls, while upholding sanitation standards and staff development. Ideal candidates have a culinary degree and 5+ years of progressive culinary management experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to drive excellent service in a corporate dining

Qualifications

• Degree in Culinary Arts is preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Five years progressive culinary management experience.
• Must possess a passion for excellence.
