Eurest is seeking a Senior Chef Manager to lead the overall dining operation, combining culinary excellence with café service to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will drive operational and financial performance across the account, ensuring Eurest's high culinary standards are applied consistently.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on food cost management, and the ability to train and mentor a team in a fast-paced corporate dining environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Culinary Arts is preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Five years progressive culinary management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching and training skills.
• Knowledge of budgets, labor costs, inventory controls.
• P&L and financial reporting experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
• Oversees dining operation and café service environments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintains food cost while ensuring quality standards.
• Manages purchasing and inventory controls.
• Leads team development and training.
• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
