Ideal candidates have extensive chassis experience, DFMEA/PFMEA proficiency, and strong problem‑solving and communication skills to deliver durable, high‑quality vehicle suspensions worldwide.

Qualifications

• BS-Engineering required.
• 10 years of experience in chassis systems and architecture development.
• Experience with DFMEA/PFMEA/Control Plans and GD&T.
• Experience analyzing CAE and physical test data.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global suspension system reliability and verification methods.
• Drive system reliability targets and testing plans across vehicles, systems and end items.
• Coordinate with engineering, design and release, and testing groups globally.
• Mentor and coach engineers across regions on D&R practices and data analysis.
• Ensure connections between physical testing, design inputs, and CAE verification methods.
