Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required.
• 10 years of chassis systems experience and durability validation methods.
• Experience with DFMEA/PFMEA and control plans (GD&T).
• Experience using problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Six Sigma).
• Ability to analyze CAE and physical test data; strong leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive system durability verification and sign-off for System/Subsystem/Component.
• Lead reliability targets and work with design release, testing, and supplier groups.
• Coach and mentor engineers across global regions.
