Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a Technical Expert LL6 to lead global suspension reliability and verification methods. You will drive testing, CAE integration, and signoff across vehicle levels. Expect leadership across regions, mentoring engineers and shaping robust durability strategies.

Required BS Engineering with 10 years in chassis development, plus DFMEA/PFMEA experience and Six Sigma knowledge. Travel to plants and centers worldwide is possible as part of program execution.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required.
• 10 years of experience in chassis systems and architecture development.
• Extensive experience with DFMEA/PFMEA/SCCAF/Control Plans/GD&T.
• Experience with problem solving tools – 8D, 5 Why, Six Sigma.
• Experience analyzing CAE and physical test data; strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Suspension System reliability demonstration.
• Lead alignment of reliability targets across vehicle levels.
• Develop and execute test methods linking design inputs to CAE.
• Coach and mentor engineers across global regions.
• Drive system durability verification and signoffs.
