Job summary

Advanced Resources is building its Accounting & Finance Solutions sales team, focusing on channel partnerships with ERP integrators, CPA firms, and Big 4 firms. The Senior Client Engagement Manager will own a buying motion, develop partner relationships, and drive high-impact engagements.

This role emphasizes autonomy, coaching from leadership, and a scalable partner program. You will operate with real autonomy, win partner-sourced work, and be rewarded like a partner, not an associate.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of professional services sales or channel development.
• Established relationships within Big 4, CPA firms, or ERP integrators.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Win new business by recruiting and activating referral and delivery partners.
• Build and own relationships with partner leaders at ERP integrators and CPA firms.
• Structure partnerships with clear rules of engagement for referral and co-delivery.
• Co-sell and perform joint account planning with partner teams.
• Route opportunities to the Advanced Resources practice and track pipeline.
