Job summary

CDW is seeking a Sr Channel Sales Representative to drive revenue through channel partners across the United States. You will coordinate with Channel Sales leadership, Marketing, and Distributors to review status, budgets, and schedules, and deliver status reports.

You will lead negotiations, manage accounts, and monitor project progress with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth in handheld devices sales including printers, computers, and scanners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with CDW.
• Experience in handheld devices sales (printers, computers, scanners).
• Proficient understanding of the principles and best practices in Channel Sales.
• Excellent team and communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative with limited direction.
• Ability to influence across a broader organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through account management.
• Coordinate schedules and deliver status reports for Channel Sales projects.
• Assess project issues, develop resolutions, and monitor progress with project managers and customers.
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring channel sales progress and problem solving.
