Fastly is seeking a Senior Channel Enablement Manager to lead the enablement strategy for our partner ecosystem and Channel Account Managers. You will craft content, run virtual sessions, and handle end-to-end enablement logistics to accelerate growth.

You will partner with Channel Marketing, Operations and Program Management to scale our edge platform's reach, translating complex tech into actionable selling strategies for partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in channel enablement or partner training within enterprise SaaS, cloud or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record creating engaging learning assets and curricula.
• Hands-on experience with PRM systems, LMS, and virtual facilitation tools.
• Strong public speaking and leadership in large-scale virtual workshops.
• PM abilities to align cross-functional initiatives across teams.
• Experience tracking enablement metrics to optimize programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Partner Enablement Program and ensure alignment with goals.
• Create relevant content and manage the curriculum for enablement.
• Execute strategic initiatives with Channel Marketing, Operations and PM.
• Facilitate internal and external training sessions effectively.
• Track and improve program metrics to prove impact.
