Job summary

Jefferson Health Plans is seeking a Clinical Improvement Program Specialist to drive clinical improvement efforts across the organization. You will lead projects, partner with the Clinical Improvement Designer, and manage the project lifecycle from planning through sustaining outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a complex healthcare environment with cross-functional teams. Advanced MS Office skills and BI tool experience are essential.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Business, relevant clinical field, Healthcare Administration, and/or Quality and Safety.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
• Proven ability to manage all stages of the Project Management life cycle.
• Experience working in a dynamic healthcare environment.
• PMP or CAPM certification (can be pursued).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership across Plan, Execute, and Sustain phases of clinical improvement projects.
• Manage documentation, meetings, and collaboration with project team members and stakeholders.
• Assist with data and KPI tracking and reporting to leadership to drive performance and reduce clinical variation and utilization.
• Collaborate with Clinical Improvement Team and leaders to drive organization-wide initiatives and improvements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support collaborative improvement efforts.
