Job summary

Jefferson is seeking a Clinical Improvement Program Specialist to advance execution of organizational clinical strategic improvements. You will provide project leadership, partner with the Clinical Improvement Designer, and apply project management and process improvement practices to drive work across plan, execute, and sustain phases within a healthcare operations environment.

The role requires a BS in Business or healthcare field, at least 5 years in PM, PMP or CAPM certification, Lean Six

Qualifications

• BS in Business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in project management required.
• Experience leading all PM lifecycle stages.
• Team collaboration across diverse backgrounds.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Healthcare project experience and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage clinical improvement projects across plan, execute, and sustain phases.
• Maintain project documentation and governance with stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and provide leadership reportouts.
• Collaborate with Clinical Improvement Team to drive organization-wide initiatives.
