Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a Retirement Benefits Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert for defined benefit and defined contribution retirement programs. You will provide escalation support, process enrollments, and ensure data integrity while coordinating with internal and external partners.

The role emphasizes analytical problem-solving, accuracy, and strong customer service to colleagues, HR partners, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years in Benefits Administration.
• 3 years in Human Resources Operations (preferred).
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; pivot tables helpful.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience with an Enterprise Human Capital Management System.

Responsibilities

• Serves as subject matter expert and point of contact for escalated colleague retirement benefits inquiries; provide exceptional customer service to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Resolve retirement benefits issues through investigation with internal and external partners; guide enrollment processes and plan changes.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings; ensure timely and complete resolution.
• Maintain accurate retirement benefits records and data integrity across systems; coordinate with vendors.
• Support enrollment activities, system updates, and employee meetings; reconcile related invoices.
• Assist in implementing new retirement benefits programs and monitor ongoing operations.
