Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in San Jose, CA seeks a Change Manager to support Adobe Technology Services initiatives, focusing on end-to-end change plans, user adoption, and minimizing disruption across business and technical functions.

You will partner with program managers, product managers, and SMEs to drive readiness, communications, training, and governance for strategic programs including acquisitions and Net Dollar Retention.

Qualifications

• Must-have experience in change management for large programs.
• Ability to collaborate with executive sponsors and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with end-to-end change planning, adoption, and training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with sponsors, program teams, and partners to plan and execute organizational change.
• Engage business and IT teams for cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
• Assess change magnitude and determine appropriate engagement to minimize disruption and drive adoption.
• Deliver on change areas: end-user identification, readiness, communications, training, resistance management, and reinforcement.
• Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback into change management processes and tools.
• Collaborate with Field readiness and Enablement teams to execute change initiatives for the Net Dollar Retention program.
• Review and update change materials, training content, and communications for stakeholders.

As a Change Manager you will be a key member supporting one or more initiatives that impact strategic goals in Adobe Technology Services. You will partner with program managers, product managers, and subject matter experts to define and execute end to end change plans that support the business goals of acquisition integrations and other strategic programs to minimize disruption and increase end user adoption across business and technical functions.

What you'll Do

• Develop and strengthen relationships, collaborating with executive sponsors, program team members, and functional partners to ensure organizational change for programs is planned and executed optimally
• Engage with business & IT team members to ensure cross-team & multi-functional collaboration and alignment
• Assess the magnitude of a given change and recommend the appropriate level of engagement to successfully minimize disruption and drive adoption
• Deliver on all areas of change including end user identification and engagement, change impacts and readiness, communications at all levels, training assessment and development, anticipating and addressing resistance, and reinforcement (additional details below)
• Drive continuous improvement, incorporating feedback and lessons learned into updated Change and Program Management processes and tools
• Partner with another BCM resource, the Field readiness and Enablement team, and the broader BCM team to execute the following for the Net Dollar Retention Program:
• Review and update all Change Agent Network materials
• Network communications
• Meeting Content and Material
• Meeting facilitation and report outs
• Develop and execute plan for ongoing engagement
• Review and update all training materials created to date:
• Sales Enablement
• Sales forecasting
• SLM
• Dictionary / Glossary
• Support creation of new training materials:
• Adjustment tool
• Partner Program
• Native CRM reporting changes
• Author and coordinate for review all communication to stakeholders regarding N$R program phases:
• Data Clean-up
• Dual reporting
• GTM Planning kickoff
• Release (Sales Comp Summit)

Salary Range: $130,000 - $180,000 a year
