Job summary

Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) is seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist to join the Transformation division in Orlando, FL. The role focuses on guiding people through organizational change and embedding continuous improvement in daily work.

You will work with leaders to drive adoption, plan communications and training, coach sponsors, and measure engagement to sustain new behaviors. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years driving change, with Prosci and CAPM/PMP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Adult Education, Training & Development, Organizational Development or related field.
• Minimum of six years leading change management efforts in HR/IT/training or related roles.
• Experience championing process improvement, change management initiatives, and governance consulting.
• Experience developing and presenting communications including surveys, project plans, and workflows for change management.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with leadership to facilitate organizational changes and employee acceptance.
• Change Management certification (Prosci preferred).
• Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement change management strategies, plans, and deliverables for five change levers: communications, sponsor roadmap, coaching, training, resistance management.
• Drive adoption of structured methodologies (Prosci ADKAR) on projects.
• Train and coach leaders, stakeholders, and sponsors on change management principles; facilitate workshops.
• Identify needs, define requirements, and develop training sessions.
• Prepare and execute communications plans; tailor messages to audiences and determine timing.
• Lead large, complex programs with organization-wide impact through the PM lifecycle, including change mgmt.
