Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, Process Improvement, or related field.
• Minimum of three years leading continuous improvement initiatives with champions/managers.
• Process Improvement Certification (LEAN, Six Sigma) required on hire.

• Provide leadership for planning, managing, and implementing CI initiatives.
• Manage multiple complex initiatives with dependencies across teams.
