Job summary

Insight is seeking a Lead Org Design & Change Management Consultant to guide enterprise customers through deep organizational and technical transformations. The role focuses on redesigning IT operating models, moving from legacy, project-based delivery toward agile, service-oriented structures.

You will coach at the C-suite level, reshape team topology, and drive transitions to streamlined delivery models across onshore and offshore centers, with travel requirements up to 25–50%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of change management and organizational design experience.
• 3–5 years of external consulting with C-suite engagement.
• Certifications: ProSci, Kotter or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Up to 25–50% travel to client sites.
• Lead and mentor a distributed Change Management team across delivery centers.
• Shape client orgs into durable, stream-aligned product teams and platform teams.
• Flatten management hierarchy to shift domain authority toward technical experts.
