Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Change Management or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in change management.
• Certification in Change management (CCMP or Prosci)
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to coach executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Coach and consult executives, leaders, and teams on change management practices.
• Design, lead, and implement change management to improve value delivery and engagement.
• Develop and facilitate training with Learning and Development to build change skills.
• Lead change management governance structures and communities of practice.
• Monitor change progress with metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
