Job summary

Renaissance Life & Health Insurance Company of America seeks an experienced Change Manager to drive adoption of strategic initiatives, transformations, and operational improvements across the organization. You will develop change strategies, engage stakeholders, manage communications, and ensure readiness for new processes and technologies, including AI-enabled initiatives.

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Enablement within the PMO, you will partner with project managers and leaders to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of change-related experience required.
• Experience leading large-scale business, operational, technology, or AI-enabled implementations.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience developing communication/training/adoption plans and metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management for strategic initiatives, operations, technology, and AI-enabled projects.
• Assess impacts, readiness, stakeholders, risks, and adoption barriers.
• Develop and execute change strategies, communications, training, and adoption frameworks.
• Partner with PMO, leaders, sponsors, and Learning & Development for implementation.
• Facilitate workshops and leadership discussions; address concerns and plan transitions.
• Coach leaders on change leadership and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor adoption, readiness, utilization, and change metrics; apply interventions.
• Prepare updates and executive summaries; support governance and sustainment.
