Job summary

Charles Schwab in Colorado is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Transformation Change Management. This individual contributor role defines and executes change management plans for major transformation initiatives, with a focus on readiness, adoption, and cross-functional impact across the firm.

You will scale capabilities, build reusable frameworks, and coordinate integrated change roadmaps while collaborating with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience, including 6+ years leading change management and strategic communications for large-scale, multi-year initiatives.
• 2–3 years in transformation-related discipline—such as strategy, product management, consulting, or project/program management.
• Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives and leadership teams.
• Strong executive presence, with exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop change strategies: Create comprehensive change management strategies, plans, and readiness materials that support transformation objectives and address key issues.
• Shape and deliver the approach: Define the change approach with stakeholders to design actionable plans and coordinate execution.
• Build business context: Understand priorities, operating environment, stakeholders, and change impacts for supported areas.
• Mobilize work quickly: Engage stakeholders, clarify scope, establish ways of working, and launch new work streams.
• Scale change capabilities: Develop reusable frameworks and tools; help sponsors and teams build cases for change.
• Coordinate the change portfolio: Create integrated roadmaps and capture insights on readiness and adoption.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and readiness: Deliver clear communications and sustain momentum throughout transformation.
• Strengthen Schwab’s transformation capabilities: Share best practices and support broader transformation communications.
• Align across initiatives: Coordinate with leaders to manage interdependencies and create a cohesive experience.
• Shape team culture and operations: Contribute to an inclusive, high-performing TMO culture and norms.
