Qualifications

• Strong business acumen and ability to connect requests to firm priorities and transformation outcomes.
• Knowledge of change management fundamentals, including stakeholder impact, readiness, communications, resistance, adoption, training, and sustainment.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, ask thoughtful questions, and organize information clearly.
• Experience supporting change deliverables such as stakeholder impact assessments and communication plans.
• Experience working in a professional services, matrixed, or cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess business opportunities, ideas, and transformation requests.
• Clarify the business problem, expected value, stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and decision needs.
• Support business case readiness by gathering inputs and preparing clear summaries for review.
• Identify change impacts, readiness risks, communication needs, and adoption themes.
• Support development of change deliverables including impact assessments and training materials.
• Track opportunities through the transformation process with owners and actions.
• Prepare materials for governance, prioritization, and roadmap discussions.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, risks, dependencies, and decision logs.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements for visibility and handoff.
