This individual contributor role focuses on maximizing readiness during integrations, scaling capabilities, and fostering a culture of effective transformation.

The position requires strong communication and stakeholder management, with experience leading large-scale change programs and collaborating across business units.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in change management and strategic communications for large-scale initiatives.
• Experience in transformation disciplines such as strategy or program management is preferred.
• Strong executive-level communication and influence with senior leaders.
• Ability to design and implement change plans, roadmaps, and governance artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Develop change strategies and readiness materials for transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with TMO leaders to define change approaches and coordinate execution.
• Build deep business context and stakeholder maps for supported areas.
• Mobilize stakeholders, clarify scope, and launch new work streams.
• Scale change capabilities by developing reusable frameworks and tools.
• Maintain integrated change roadmaps and measure readiness and adoption.
