Job summary
Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Senior Scrum Master and Technical Program Manager to guide Agile software development and data engineering teams. You will lead large, multi-workstream technology programs, remove impediments, manage dependencies, and report program health to senior leaders.

Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience within a technology organization.
- 5+ years as Scrum Master for Agile software development or data engineering teams.
- Experience managing large-scale technology programs with multiple workstreams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience applying Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and modern software delivery practices.
- Experience partnering with engineering, architecture, testing, product, and business teams.
- Facilitate team ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, manage risks and dependencies.
- Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, decision-making, stakeholder-management.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile delivery tools.
- Experience leading geographically distributed or offshore technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Agile Leadership & Delivery: Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Drive continuous improvement in Agile maturity and delivery predictability.
- Remove impediments and help teams navigate risks and dependencies.
- Program & Project Management: Manage large, complex technology programs with multiple workstreams.
- Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, risks, and executive status reporting.
- Partner with Product Owners, engineering leaders, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Track and communicate program health and delivery progress to leadership.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management.
- Facilitate alignment across business and technology teams; influence decisions through clear communication.
