Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Transformation Change Management to define and execute change management across large-scale initiatives. You will scale capabilities, engage executives, and accelerate adoption while shaping a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience, including 6+ years leading change management and strategic communications for large-scale initiatives.
• 2–3 years in transformation-related discipline—strategy, product management, consulting, or project/program management.
• Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives and leadership teams.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop change strategies, plans, and readiness materials to support transformation objectives.
• Shape and deliver the approach with TMO leaders and stakeholders; define actionable plans and coordinate execution.
• Build business context by understanding each supported area, its priorities, and stakeholders.
• Mobilize work quickly by clarifying scope, outcomes, and ways of working; launch new work streams.
• Scale change capabilities by developing reusable frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• Coordinate an integrated change portfolio with roadmaps and plans across initiatives.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and readiness with clear communications and sustained momentum.
• Strengthen Schwab’s transformation capabilities by sharing lessons and best practices across initiatives.
• Align initiatives by coordinating interdependencies and ensuring a cohesive experience across programs.
• Shape team culture and operations to foster inclusion, collaboration, and high performance.
