Job summary

Charles Schwab in Lone Tree, Colorado, seeks a senior leader to direct Retirement Plan Services modernization initiatives. You will drive planning, governance, and readiness across cross-functional teams to deliver a future-state platform and service delivery model.

You will partner with product, platform, digital, architecture, and engineering leaders to define capabilities, manage risks, and ensure successful adoption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation in financial services.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity in fast-moving environments with multiple priorities.
• Proven track record identifying, escalating, and resolving program risks and roadblocks.
• Strong integrator across business, operations, technology, risk, and compliance.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to lead organizational readiness and change initiatives.
• Strong program leadership with governance, planning, risk mitigation, and execution.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• PMP/Agile/Scrum certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution for Retirement Plan Services modernization initiatives.
• Partner with product, platform, digital, architecture, and engineering to define capabilities.
• Coordinate execution and readiness across business, operations, product, technology and risk teams.
• Translate objectives into actionable implementation plans with ownership and timelines.
• Lead change and business readiness activities including training and communications.
• Help leaders understand changes and ensure adoption across the organization.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and adoption issues affecting readiness.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans and readiness activities.
• Facilitate governance with executive updates, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Support conversion and implementation readiness through planning and coordination.
• Reinforce new processes to embed changes in day-to-day operations.
• Contribute to measurable improvements in execution and client experience.
