Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks an experienced Instructional Developer Sr Advisor to lead change management and training content across ADDIE.

You will partner with stakeholders to research, design, and deliver role-based learning using Storyline, Captivate, and Lectora, while ensuring SCORM and Section 508 compliance. Remote with occasional in-office support in Washington, DC, you will craft templates, manage QA, and drive training effectiveness through defined metrics and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of related experience in change management and instructional development.
• Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA and with learning content tools.
• Ability to produce Section 508 and SCORM compliant content.
• Strong technical writing and stakeholder collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop training content across ADDIE phases.
• Create asynchronous and synchronous training materials and assets.
• Research processes and document workflows for training.
• Revise SAP processes and update learning assets.
• Establish branded templates for learning assets.
• Coordinate QA testing across ADDIE phases.
• Ensure accessibility and SCORM compliance.
• Deliver training via LMS or collaboration platforms.
• Define metrics and methods to measure training effectiveness.
