Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• 5+ years developing training content with Articulate Storyline, Captivate or Lectora.
• Strong MS SharePoint experience.
• Graphics design skills with PowerPoint, Visio, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Experience delivering 508 and SCORM compliant content.
• Experience delivering virtual training via Teams, WebEx, Adobe Connect.

Responsibilities

• Develop ADDIE-based training content incl. JDTA, TLOs/ELOs, lesson design and outlines.
• Create storyboards, assessments, and multimedia for learning modules.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to research processes and document workflows for training.
• Ensure compliance with Section 508 and SCORM standards.
• Deliver training via LMS, Teams, SharePoint, or other platforms.
